MUSEUM OF MARRAKECH

The Marrakech Museum organizes temporary exhibitions only around 2 main areas: - Contemporary art investing the old kitchens and steam with solo and group exhibitions of painting, sculpture and photography. - The arts heritage occupy the courtyard and surrounding rooms.

These exhibitions are often thematic collection of the Fondation Omar Benjelloun, collections, public or private or works by contemporary artists. Alongside the exhibitions, the museum organizes and hosts various events such as concerts, theater performances and choreography, film screenings, seminars, study days, workshops, etc..
Like many notable houses, the palace was Mnebhi with hammam. With its proportions, its domes decorated with sculpted decors plaster and painted walls tadelakt his zellij, it is an open architectural original. It is currently used as exhibition space.
